On Sept. 7th i had a 49.95 charge deducted from my debit card and again on Sept. 15th, I had another charge for the same amount. When I called they refused to refund my money until I told them I was calling the Police. They agreed to refund my money and said that it would be back in my account in 7-10days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and three times they hung up on me. It has now been over a month and no refund. I have called every couple of days and I get the same run around and they tell me it will be a couple more days. Not one person there speaks good english, dont even think that they are in the USA. I think they are liars. I filed an internet and credit card fraud report with the FBI. Dont know if it will do any good, but I want my money back and these people put out of business. I am so angry, i could spit bullets.
