company offers trial for 2 creams..i ordered one and then read the very fine print so did not finish ordering the second but I still received them a few days later. I wrote down the phone # to cancel and I believe the fine print stated you had 30 days to return the creams but on day 14 by credit card was charged 192.00 for the 2 that I did receive. Tried to call the co. but nobody answers so I called the bank and they got a representative on the line but as soon as the bank up so did the representative. All I can say about this ad is BE CAREFUL!

Sounds like you were dealing with Lorelia.I'm dealing with the exact same complaint and it looks like they will do nothing for the consumer.
I filled a complaint with the BBB (in Canada where I live) and they were unable to help me due to the office of Lorelia in Canda is in the province of Quebec where there is no BBB office. They were able to help in that they told me that I could file a complaint with the Competition Bureau and that they would be able to help.
I have filed a complaint on the social media site Scambook and recieved a reply from Lorelia six weeks later that they would like to refund me my money but they needed more information. I forwrded they all of the information (Jan 6, 2014) that I had regarding the skin cream and have yet to hear back from them.
Just to turn the heat up on them, today I also filed a complaint with the Copetition Bureau which is a government agent here in Canada. I'm pretty confident that I will get my money back as Lorelia has two differnet sets of terms and conditions which is misleading and unethical (but posssibly not illegal).
I wish you good luck and don't give up. The only way we can affect change is by standing up and saying that this is wrong.
