The company where i work as a CEO have recently decided to purchase Canadian consumers leads list in order to extend our current databases of consumers in N.A. We have searched a little bit over the internet and we found a web site : http://www.onegloballeads.com/
The site it self looks solid and prices looks too good to be the truth, however we still gave a shot and purchased Canadian consumers leads list for $100 USD from the link here : http://www.onegloballeads.com/index.php?page=store&mc_id=27

Before we purchased the leads we have checked the company FAQ section over here : http://www.onegloballeads.com/index.php?page=faqs and found the following statement :


How long will it take to have access to the email list?
For all our standart pakages, you can online download the lists instantly after the online payment is confirmed. For specialty orders, please allow 3 working days for processing.

Which seemed like a fair deal as they state that the leads are available for download immediately after payment is proceeded, so we decided to purchase the leads.

We went through the check out process and paid $100 to the following paypal email : [email protected] which have the following details on file according to paypal :

One Global Leads (The recipient of this payment is Non-U.S. - Verified)


After the payment was confirmed we were just returned to their homepage, there was no message that would confirm that we have purchased the leads, we were not provided with the leads download link, we haven't even received order confirm email, NOTHING.

Since their FAQ section stated that the leads are available for download immediately after purchase and we were not able to get them after the purchase this was a sign of a scam.

Then we have contacted the owner of the paypal account on his email and after 1 day we received the response from this email address : [email protected] which belongs to the person named : Henry Pietrzak who's actually owner of the company.

Where we can see that Henry is denied to send us the leads we purchased ( why, nobody knows ) but he says he will provide the refund. We had no idea why the person does not want to send us something we bought, but since he said that he will send the payment we didn't cared.

We said that we want the refund and that we are waiting for it.

We have sent 4 emails until we received another response from here, please take a good look at this emails :

First of all, this person have no idea with who is he talking to, we are company who's operating in US and EU, we have nothing to do with India, why is he mentioning India - nobody knows.
Besides that, he is also insulting and threatening us, he said that he will remove our email address if we call him a scammer once again. That's interesting, as i would like to see how will somebody remove the email from the domain we own, while he is using a free email address from yahoo and if we report him for illegal activities and threatening his email will go down for sure.

So, besides that Henry is a scammer, is also mentally demented person who have no idea what is he talking to and that the only thing he can do is insulting.
