Second call from some middle eastern sounding woman named "Ms. White" stating to contact them right away or we'll be a legal mess. Called them back the first time and "David" answered (also middle eastern sounding) and he stated we didn't pay our 2013 taxes and that a police officer was on his way to our home to arrest us. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he became angry so I hung up. This is the second time we've received this call. The first one was in December. Very annoying.
