This person called Neil McCarthy and Erick Nelson has been calling and harassing my family and me. Telling me that they will sue me if I don't pay the amount of 350.00. That they will send me a summons a I will go to jail. They have called everyone that I know trying to get a hold of me. Finally I called them, and they are threatening to send me to jail if I don't pay. I don't know what are they getting the information. But this is a scam and harassment. Please be aware of this number 866-473-0226. This is the new number they are using to harass people. There is no Delaware and Associates in New York City or an atty named Neil McCarthy
