I hope I only lose $4.95. They said they cancelled any further shipments as long as I return the product that they shipped. After hearing all the complaints on this site, I am seriously regretting that I gave this company my debit card info. The bank said that I would have to cancel my card to be assured that no further charges will be added to my card. The company gave me very complicated return information and claimed that I cannot simply refuse the package when it is delivered to me. If I don't do something quite perfect, I am concerned that they will charge me for the bottle I bought on trial. It is supposedly a 10 day free trial. If you don't return the half used bottle before 15 days is up, you will be charged for the whole bottle and will automatically be shipped a new bottle each month. This company's business practices are very shady at best. Their policies are hidden in very fine print.
