I purchased a system from earnwithmike.biz (Mike Anderson). When I made the financial transaction an error in the system caused the system to charge me twice. I immediately sent an e-mail to
support asking that the situation be corrected. I received no response. I have received no response from them since. I have repeatedly e-mailed them for the last three weeks with no response. I have been receiving e-mails from their system offering other products for sale, and I have even talked to someone that was supposed to be on their support team and expressed my desire for a refund. No none has called or e-mailed to address my request for a refund as of January 15, 2014.
