I ordered 2 products on 14 day trial then saw the details in the confirmation email and cancelled immediately. This company then took out payments from my bank on 4 occasions following and this incurred none sterling charges (i'm from the uk) now they wont even refund unless I send back the products, which I never received (order cancelled) UK Trading Standards can do nothing. I have a chance of getting some refund from my bank. This Company need to be blown off the face of the earth, rip off merchants does the USA have a trading standards authority that can wrench these bastards?
