I ordered a free trial and once received the Supra Cleanse 350 pills, I emailed to cancel. However today I received another bottle and have been charged for it. I can't get in touch with them and no one responds to the email. Basically there's no way to cancel ongoing monthly orders which I didn't sign up for at all. I was careful in reading the fine prints and it said if you cancel within 14 days then no further charges apply, which I did.

Call your bank and cancel your credit card or debit card, whichever you use. that is what I did
