As with many of your complaints, I too have been cheated. Saw trial offer for skincare and only pay postage. Turns out, have been robbed of £ 189.00 for a 'free trial sample'. I have sent my complaint to the UK's WATCHDOG site and am awaiting a reply. My bank was unable to do anything apart from putting a block on any further monies from my account.
What I did find was a tel no; 020 3014 0761 (UK) which I rang and got a foreign person who was unhelpful. At the end of my 'conversation' I was told to return the SKIN CLEAR to them and they would ascertain how much refund they MAY give me as I had used it! What did I get the sample for? Not to sit on my shelf and look at it!!!
I am an OAP and money is tight so I hope this company gets their just desserts!
