I went to the TSB Bank in Leven, Scotland and been told by the bank that you withheld £49 from my account without my permission. I never received any email saying that you will do this transaction. I am now letting you know NOT to proceed with the payment that you already withheld because what I was told is just for a trial payment of £5.99 which you took out in the first instant.
Ps: I want my £49 back into my bank account asap.
