HAVE ORDERED 1 CAN OF FLEXSEAL AS ADVERTISED FOR $ 19.99 INCLUDING A FREE CAN,ORDER # 00096976 ON AUGUST 11, 20111.. HAVE RECEIVED 4 CANS FOR $ 59.94 + $ 39.80 FOR S&H.HAVE FOUGHT WITH THEM WITH NUMEROUS E-MAILS NEVER ANSWERED AND I CALLED, TALKED TO GEORGE ON 9-15-2011.AFTER A HARRASSING DISCUTION HE FINALLY AGREED WITH ME AND GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION # 12673353 , SO I ASKED FOR A RETURN LABEL, WAS TOLD THAT HE HAS TO ASK HIS BOSSES FOR A PERMITION & FOR ME TO CALL BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO GET AN ANSWER. WITHIN FEW DAYS I DID RECEIVED A LABEL. SAME DAY I SHIPPED BACK THE 4 CANS IN THE ORIGINAL BOX WITH UPS on 09-29-2011 at 2.06 PM INCLUDING COPY OF THE BILL AND A NOTE TO CONFIRM RECEIVING & REFUND DONE, NEVER HAPPENED. STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER AND A REFUND. PLEASE HELP, MUCH APPRECIATED, THANK YOU.
