When I was ordering the free sample I found that it was necessary to purchase products monthly. As I was not interested in that , I wanted to cancel the order free sample , which is not possible ( the site does not allow ) .
So the next day I contacted the company , the number of customer support 800832127 , to make the cancellation . I was told that only could do after receiving the product .
I rested (which should not have done ) to wait for the product. The product ( free sample ) ? ? ? only arrived two and a half months later. At this point I noticed that they had already charged my credit card € 4.95 corresponding to the free sample , and twice referring to € 74.95 two months of product ( these products which has not been delivered to me ) .
All this would seem like a fraud charge because products have not yet sent us and when we read the terms of the return policy and reimbursement is a tangle of impossibilities because states that we must return the product within 30 days of the order date . How is this possible if you do not send the product , just make the recovery of something that does not offer .
To all : VERY CAREFUL , DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS PURE BELLA !
