Dear sir
I order free trial product and i paid for postage also and now i notice that you are collecting the payment from my account without my concern and without supping the item i don't want to continuous . i found the month of December 4 2013 they taken out the amount of £50.23 again on 7 January 2014 they take £50.09 .
It was not agreed and never agreed as subscription kindly please return the payment asap and i don't need your subscription
