First of all, I take some responsibility for my situation which began with a trial of a diet supplement, Selendra. The bottle arrived and I carelessly assumed that the cost was approx. $10.00. On Nov. 25, I was billed, $92.09 plus shipping charges. On Dec. 22nd., I was billed, 99.02 plus shipping, but I hadn't received anything for this transaction. On Dec. 26-$3.26? Dec. 30th-$3.29? I received a package today (January 13, 2014)with one bottle of the product, which, I was told, when I called the company, unreturnable. On the package was a shipping charge of $32.00. The supervisor for RXHealth (which is another name they use) told me they had not billed me this amount? Perhaps, I was billed through United Postal Service.? I suppose the supplement I paid for on Dec. 22nd is for the diet pills received, today (3 weeks late?). I called RX Health back and the supervisor asked me to tell him the company name on the package. When I told him it was: Online Nutrition Resources LLC, he said it wasn't his company. I begged to differ and told him I knew there was a connection. After complaining and specifically stating to George: "I have paid $220.00 dollars for two small bottles of product, do you think that's fair?" He offered me a refund of $65.00 plus$2.99. It's better than nothing; if I, in fact, receive the refund. By the way, acquiring access to a supervisor was a challenge. I had to stand my ground, call back, argue, etc.
This company is deceiving people and their practices need to be stopped. Most individuals, including me, a professional, don't think we would be deceived.
