I ordered 2 pair of ugg boots. I think they were kenly style. Black and zipped on the side. Two days after I emailed them because I had not received a conf #. Some one emailed me back. They said they no longer have those boots. I didnt want any others so i asked for a refund. They said sure. I have been waiting ever since. I email them ever couple of days. I have EVERY email that we have conversed. Here is the email that is responding to me.

This is additional information that i have that comes up. Do not know what it says. Every day SHITONG FU at that email promises it was sent. I asked for them to resend. Im tired of the BS and I want my money. THis is theft.
