- Please read all other complaints listed, you will see the amount varies each time. Unfortunately no-one i am aware of has successfully been able to dispute the transaction with the bank - as we 'knowingly' gave our account details. In my case the money was temporarily 'on hold' but couldn't be accessed by me or my bank. Somehow it was released the following day and i thought i had got lucky! Cancelled all of my cards, reported them stolen and new cards etc have been issued. One week later they hit my account again and took the money putting my account well and truly into overdraft when i have no overdraft facility. I went nuts at my bank as the cards had been reported stolen, it shouldn't have been able to go through at all! All they did was charge me extra bank fees for an unauthorised overdraft!! Couldn't believe it!

Ok i fell for it yesterday, thankfully only NZ$120.00....went into the bank - as with most others - they not really being of any help.....going to file a complaint to police tomorrow....below is information on the company's domain name registration, hope it can help in any way

no replies from their website contact email [email protected] but the name Sarah Peters <[email protected]> automatically shows up in gmail description??? If anyone else can add their findings im sure a collective investigation by all of us involved can catch these crooks!
