Signed up for 14 day trial with option to cancel prior to that date. The company does not provide any information with the product shipment - no phone numbers, no receipt, nothing. Just the product in a box. At the time of purchase, I made a screen shot so I would have the phone info, etc. My credit card company called me and provided the phone info so I could confirm the company existed before they approved the two charges of less than $10 total for shipping. Both companies are the same - different phones, different names. I called today to cancel (only a 19 minute hold time!) and they refused to cancel the bioskin 14 day saying that on one of their pages, they say the 14 days begins on the date of purchase - which DOES NOT PROVIDE a 14 day trial - but I received product on 1/3 - so at 10 days knew the product did nothing. They have east Indian folks answering the phone - difficult to understand - and have zero regard for the customer. I let them know we could work it out - or I would have my credit card company reject the charge. Sine I knew the two companies are essentially the same - I asked if they could cancel my 30 day trial for Glowing skin -which they did. Funny - you don't get any paperwork to cancel, no phone numbers, no email confirming - but when you cancel, even if it's after they charge you anyway - YOU GET AN EMAIL! Besure if you get scammed too - to cancel BOTH before 13 days from when you SUBMIT - or better yet, don't even try the 14 day trial, because you probably won't see any positive results anyway.
