I ordered the Auravie Renew, Revive and Replenish as what I believed to be a free sample for only the cost of shipping. They charged me $3.02 for the shipping, and then about 2 weeks later, they charged me $97.88. They claim that the fine print said I had to cancel within 10 days or they would charge me for my "membership". I couldn't return the product since I started using it, so they returned only $34 as my settlement. Definitely an issue of false advertising and misleading the consumer to make a buck. Also, the customer service was rude. I assume because they are dealing with a lot of angry customers who were also mislead.
