This is an email I sent last night which came back rejected. I have never gotton any response to any inquiries I have made.

I was awarded a claim back in November & I still haven't received my 25.00 visa gift card.

I would like to know how to get my 99.79 back from the original signing up of zibiddy. I did not know at the time I would be charged. I was under the impression that I was just giving my debit card for future ease in purchases.

In addition, when I bid on this gift card which has been 2 months now & still haven't received it, I was charged 3.47. Why wasn't that amount taken out of my 99.00 initial charge?

I want my money back.
