I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I received a call from US Financial Resources saying that I had visited their website. I didn't remember this. The gentleman wanted a credit card or bank debit card for one time fee of $3.87. I do not own a credit card. I did not give my bank debit card. As well, why would the US be offering me a grant for housing or starting a business? I am reporting this as there is no phone number to report to anyone here in Canada.
