I ordered raspberry ketone and cleanse extreme free trial, unaware that they would charge me 14 days later. They subsequently charged me for another shipment which was not received. I eventually contacted their customer service after several attempts using both British and American numbers, and was told that I can only be refunded if I return the second shipment , which I never received. No where on the website or shipping note did state a return address or indeed the actual company that sent them (Sheridan Labs in Scotland). I have been deducted approx $800. How are they getting away with this????
