I made an order on Xilisoft.com. The BLUF is, I didn't get what I worked my ass off at work for. I just want my damn software. I'm a teacher for 3rd graders and I'm already behind the power curb. I paid, got my confirmation order, was expecting a code to come through immediately. I didn't receive nothing. I contacted their customer service department via e-mail. No response. I submitted 9 e-mails so far and still no response. Why this company is giving me the run around? I have no idea. Are they like this with everyone else? Perhaps. I don't make much money and I could use this for something else. This is such a hassle. I really don't want to purchase this software from another company because there's no other discounts I have. The software retail price alone is $89.
