I ordered some nike frees on boxing day 2013 and was told that I would have my order within 7 days. 11 days later I emailed 'josh wynter' and was told the trainers were out of stock and I would be refunded shortly. That's the last time I heard from them, I have sent many emails and still have not had a reply or a refund! Funnily enough though, my partner sent them an email asking to buy 50 pairs of trainers and was emailed back very soon after.
I will be taking legal action!
