As of January 3rd of 2013 I had $30.00 withdrawn from my account every month on the 3rd for United/DTC Ins Prem. I thought that it was my payment for my upgrade on my prescription drug plan. When I received my new benefit amount I found that this was not the case and then on January 6th 2014 this company withdrew $30.00 and $12.60. I have been to my bank to stop these withdrawls and put in a fraud complaint. I have also tried to find infromation on this company and there is none to b found.
