I placed an order on 12/26/13 for a Royal Glam Clutch. I received an email that said the company had received my order, but there was no tracking number or who would be delivering the clutch (UPS, USPS, FedEx) or an estimation of delivery time. I sent an email requesting the information and have yet to receive a response. I phoned the company and had to leave a message, and have yet to receive a response for that either. My 12 year old daughter is very, very disappointed to say the least.
