I placed an order for a Royal Glam Clutch in sky blue on Dec. 26, 2013. I received an email that said they had received the order, but there was no tracking number on it or who would be delivering it. I emailed the company through [email protected] like they said to do if I needed help, asking about delivery information. It's been two weeks, and I have heard nothing. I called the number that is listed and had to leave a message. Have yet to receive a response. My 12 year old daughter is very, very disappointed to say the least.
