After a visit to my bank I discovered this company hasn't taken money from my bank account without my authorisation. Not on one occasion but 2 now as from last night. The second has put my account into overdrawn. I am not at all happy with this situation. It is misleading and disgusting to think companies are able to take money from peoples account like this without a care in the world on what there circumstances could be! I will be taking this matter a lot further if I do not get every penny back.. I haven't yet found a contact number to call but will be visiting my bank this morning to have them help. I see this as fraudulent activity as there was no section saying about debiting from my account just asked for detail of account for loan to be paid into.
