69.00gbp was taken from my bank account by these people.ive never applied to them and never heard of them until i looked at my bank statement and saw their name. cant get through to them via phone i have written requesting my.money back and havent heard anything from them. how dare these people steal money surely its against the law less wed all b doing it im a single mum and losing thand cant afford to have money taken off me like this.

after writing and emailing i emailed again with th emention of a few names and suddenky they returned my money so this is now resolved. thanks
