I received a letter sent on january 3, 2014 saying I have "OFFICIAL PRIZE DIRECTIVE AND UNCLAIMED ASAT NOTICE" of $527,623.00 and that I should send exclusive liquidation fee of $149.00; shipping and handling $5.95 smf USPS insurance coverage($500.00 value against loss and damage)$8.95 exlusive liquidation with insurance total $163.90. I would like to claim damages from these hackers for wasting my time to go about looking for the letter they sent thru USPS and causing me to get into stress. Please let me know what action can I take.
