I have had an account with iTunes since 2009. To buy music I have only used Redeemable gift cards from iTunes. This past month the online store would not let me access my account and I had to change my password. To make along story short the company will not allow me to use my account credit until I complete information with a credit card or Pay Pal. I have e-mailed multiple times stating this and get the run around. I am not the only one having problems. There are quite a few blogs from individuals having items charged to their credit/Pay Pal accounts that they have not authorized. This why I will not use credit cards or pay pal.
