Ordered shoes on Dec 19, 2013 used Paypal and the company received my payment on Dec. 19th. I have checked my order status daily for 3 weeks now and it still shows as "processing" rather than "shipped". I have contacted the company 6 times via email (the only way to contact them per their website) and have not received a single response. I have filed a complaint with paypal.
