I ordered my free trail on the 17/11/13, i then rang up to cancel the very same day as i saw the £84.00 charge on the terms and conditions. The woman on the phone stated that my order had already been processed so i had to wait until the product came to my house to send back.
When the packaging arrived it was damaged and the product was missing, i immediately emailed the company tell them (as its impossible to find a number).
I then emailed the company THREE times after asking them to contact me, they never did.
I then go onto my bank to find that they have taken 2 payments of £84 out of my account without my permission.
I rang them and there response was "well we dont answer emails, you should have rang us". He forwarded my complaint to the billing team where i received an email this morning stating that i cannot have a refund as i didnt ring them only emailed them.. but i can have a free £90 voucher.. which i do not want.
