I bought some products in order to loose a little weight but I have never received them. USD 97.70 were taken from my account whereas I did not order any of this. I have just seen it in my bank statement. How do I do a complaint against this company? I live in France.

- Okay so I've been to my bank office to stop any financial operation on my card and get a new one, I'm going to lodge a complaint at the police station and then get my money back thanks to my insurance. Do you know the website address? I can't remember it.

- Bonjour, j'ai également appelé ma banque qui a bloqué ma carte bancaire. j'ai ensuite appelé la société et ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas me rembourser car il aurait fallu que je me rétracte avant le 15e jour suivant la date de ma commande mais qu'ils m'enverront 2 boîtes gratuites car j'ai reçu les produits que 3 semaines après ma commande. j'ai en même temps stoppé l'abonnement parce qu'en achetant une première fois leur produits, c'est comme-ci on souscrit à un abonnement auprès d'eux. Je n'ai pas reçues ces boîtes gratuites jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Je n'ai pas porté plainte car lorsque je me suis rendu au poste de police, on m'a dit que comme j'ai reçu les produits, c'est un litige d'ordre commercial et on m'a conseillé de d'abord lire les petites lignes qui figurent sur le site. Et effectivement,en les lisant,je me suis aperçue qu'il aurait fallu que je me rétracte avant le 15e jour pour ne pas payer le vrai prix. voici leur adresse mail: [email protected].
