This product was supposed to be a 15 day free trial. They billed me before the 15 days were up. The customer service refused to recognize the time period from when I received the product and the time they billed me was less than 15 days. They said it was 15 days from when the order was placed. That is not a full 15 day trial. Even then, it still posted early. The representative refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. According to their statement, I was to receive the product by the 26th of December. Even if it had arrived as early as that, they should not have billed until Jan. 10. They said the shipping time is part of the 15 day trial period. I called to cancel and they refused to do so. After a 2nd call, they said they would credit me 20 %. I told them that is not sufficient. There seems to be much that is unclear as to their expectations. The Terms and Conditions are lengthy and difficult to navigate. This entire trial seems to be a true "rip-off". I did not want to continue the product and should not be charged for a less than 15 day trial period. Please deny this charge and do not accept any further charges from this company.
