i am requesting a full refund as , i bought a pro license and the app picked up couple of GPS location , couple of calls and msgs , couple of unclear recordings and the rest didnt work. the app worked for less than 12 hrs then stopped completely i seeked help many times ur tech support didnt reply to all my queries and the couple of times they replies i followed their instructions yet it didnt work!
now i issued 2 refund requests , someone called brian keeps putting them on status solved with out having the decency to reply back to me with any thing.

finally someone answered they said they will refund me back within 10-12 days in crediting the amount back to your account".i will wait this duration and will updat it again if they really did refund or not.
