I was given a free sample in November.Then they have charge my credit card for another amount which I did not authorize. Nor did I receive anything else and every time I am trying to talk to them on the phone they give me a different story and promise to give me a refund or at least send a confirmation about cancelling any additional orders, but nothing happens then!!!
