I ordered a "free trail offer" of Green Coffee Cleanse for 4.95 on Dec. 13th - the product arrived on the 19th - I went on vacation on the 20th and left it here - now I see that my bank account was debited for the amount shown above on 12/31/2013. I have tried to find information on the company and have been unsuccessful so far - there is a phone # on the information from the bank but every time I dial it - it goes into fax mode - it is 800-291-6588
