I ordered a 14 day trail on Dec. 19 received what they said was just a trial sample then noticed charges were taken from my checking account ($93 and $99)for Equinox and RVTL. Called and talked with CS rep who I could hardly understand (Ben Morrison) due to his thick accent.
There is nothing on their website that says you will be charged X amount of $ only the small amount for the trial.
I cannot believe this company is still in business after repeatedly doing this to people.
He asked me if I wanted to cancel any further charges and I said what would those charges be for..... more product! But I did not order more product just a trial sample or so what I thought.
