I called them trying to get a payday loan after finding them on a website...here's a copy of part of the email I sent them requesting a refund...

I am requesting a full and complete refund of the money withdrawn from my account immediately! I repeatedly told the operators that I spoke to, that I could not understand them and could they please repeat what they were saying more clearly. Even after that, I was still only getting about every 3rd or 4th word. I had no idea what they were talking about. I never received any kind of email from them afterwards either, explaining the program, that the second operator assured me I would receive. It was not in spam mail nor regular email and no hard copies of anything related to a program or the loan that I was looking for, have ever shown up in my regularly delivered USPS mail. I never agreed verbally or by electronic signature that my account could be debited $87. That useless and now costly, nearly 45 minute phone conversation was a complete waste of time...
...In closing, When a customer states that they are not understanding what you are saying then you need to get someone on the phone that does speak clearly enough. I understand that with the economy being what it is, a lot of jobs get outsourced but, if the inbound/outbound calls are to English speaking countries then make sure that your phone operators speak English clearly and with minimal accent. At the very least, if someone says that they cannot understand the operator then get someone on the phone that the customer can understand or apologize and simply end the call. Follow up on supposed emails, especially if the customer has stated many times that they aren't understanding it all. To do any less is just bad business and it tells the customer that you don't care about them-you only care about what money you can steal from them in a barely (if that) legal way.

I look forward to your prompt response.
Thank you,
R... S...

Order #-1... My order number was found by me looking at the e-check your company sent through my account without any form of digital signature or agreement from me.

I did receive a call the next day informing me that yes, I did agree verbally too the program and charge over the phone during the phone call that I didn't understand. I was as lso told that I had to download some forms, fill them out and fax or mail them back and then-wait on them to decide whether or not to give me a refund. What a joke! Oh, and now, I'm also getting calls saying that I have won a cruise to the Bahama's that I did not register for. To top it all off, I still didn't get a loan with them or any of their affiliates. I went to a normal brick and mortar store up the street to get it which is where I should've gone in the first place. Ugh!

Hopefully, clearing all this up won't take too much longer although, I won't hold my breath on that...I might die first.
(& no, I'm not prejudiced or anything but, come on, I told them I wasn't understanding. It's my bad for not having up on Them like I should've.)
