offered 30 day free sample for ship/hand only at $2.95...that all.Next morning get email saying my power is to be cut for insufficient funds...went on line and sure enough garcinia cambogia had taken almost $200.00 for what was advertised@ $2.95 only...called immediately...1st person...Carl(what he said his name was)refused give me my money back,then says i make you special offer for 6 month supply and give refund of half...i said NO,i got lil' pist...he says okay I dend you a email with instructions of what to do to get refund if I send merchandise back(haven't got)....I say No i don't have items but I DO NEED MY MONEY BACK NOW....he keeps saying he can't,he can't give me refund that i purchased or it wouldn't have charged me...called several times just to be put on hold or disconnected...1/7/14 call again get young lady,she says looking at notes I had already got RMA email from other agent on 1/6/14(true)and until items returned I can't get refund.I ask to speak to supervisor,she says she is qualified to handle this and a refund can not be allowed until items returned that I'd have pay shipping back to them and for re-stock fees as well as the 6 month supply order(the"order" was NEVER made by myself)...still adament I CAN NOT get refund....I have consulted sheriffs office and an attorney in this matter...I will invoke my 1st ammendment and spread word how your company stole my money and the suffering my children are enduring from your actions of taking ALL MY MONEY when $2.95 was the actual amount you were to take...I'm also contacting Better Business Bureau and T.V stations...as well I am going to let everyone know of this and it will be on ALL of your sites.I hope to have a response ASAP from you in order to prevent further actions on my part....Thank you....
