I ordered a free trial of weight loss tablets and paid the shipping (around £6.00) in November 2013.
I was charged the correct amount and the product arrived.
Then on the first of January 2014, they charged my account for £89.89. I had made no further purchases.
I am in the uk, so my only choice is to email them. They have not responded to any emails.
I have contacted my bank who are investigating, and will also be contacting Trading Standards, or the US equivelant.
