I ordered an item from this company on 12/13/2013 and got a confirmation email saying that it would take 3-5 business days to ship. I never got an email confirming that it shipped. It has been more than 3 weeks. The email provided when you call the number from there customer service page isn't even an existing email. When you call they say the are open Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM but NOBODY answers. I called maybe 20 times and left countless messages and tried to email countless times and NOBODY will get back to you. There is a space on their customer service page to put in your order confirmation number and email so you can track your package. Doesn't work. This is the worst company ever, BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
