I purchased an NFL Jersey Dec 9, 2013. There was no confirmation that the order was actually placed. I assumed the transaction didn't go through and ordered another from a different site a couple days later. Jan 6, 2014 the order appeared in the mail. The Jersey was too small, so I would like to return it. The return address is in Chinese so the post office won't take it. The phone number has been taken out of service. I have placed a dispute on my credit card transaction but suspect no resolution.
