I worked for baktur, who then changed their name to real solutions, this place is a joke. They CONSTANTLY have us lie to clients, and give them fake names and backgrounds. I loved my clients, and I would try to keep them from staying in the program, this place is a complete scam, even the documents they send basically give them your money legally, because you cannot send your "exit out letter" in time for you to exit. This company is so full of holes it might as well be Swiss cheese. If you know of anyone using this program, GET THEM OUT IMMEDIATELY!! this place is only good for one thing, taking your money without helping you. When they tell you that your "warranty of service" guarantees you get help, it is only saying that they only have to send you one "entity" and this could be anything. The warranty doesn't state it has to help you, it states they only have to send you SOMETHING. There is NO such thing as free money for credit card help. THE COMPANY IS A SCAM, AND RUN BY CROOKS, I was fired for questioning their company, and a girl I trained personally was made a manager after I was fired. This place is a complete joke.
