they sold me lies. everytime i spk to someone the story changes. all the answers i was given prior to paying were lies. they sell you bundles of trips saying you have 18 mths to use but the fail to tell you that there is a waiting period between the time you can take the trips. i just found out that i cant have traveled ONE WHOLE YR before i can take the international. then THREE MTHS for my domestic. thats past 18 mths then SIX MTHS for the other international they are forcing you to extnd or you forfeit. i am disputing with my cc. then when you spk with quality assuranec they talk to you like you are an idiot. which is what they have to learn in training. havent spoken to a nice one yet.
