several months ago i purchused an product for advertised price of $5.00 US, a month later £30.00 was taken from my account, as there was a hidden claws in the transaction that unless the product was returned further amounts were taken so no refund by them or the bank would occur. fine so i put a block on them from accessing my account with the bank, today a further £50.00 was taken from my account. even with a block in place. and no products were ordered or received. the bank will refund but will take 90 days to receive the refund. but still wont stop them accessing my account in future although the bank will refund each time. only way to stop them is to close my account and open a new account. how dose this company get away with this, where are the authorities in all this, nowhere! this scam should be tracked down and stopped.
