i ordered a pair of swarovski cufflinks for my husband. they were supposed to be 69.00, but eluxury.me charged me 88.00. then they sent me a very unprofessional letter in bad english asking me to be very, very patient and though it was signed "best regards", nobody even signed their name. i was then promised a tracking number and now 10 days later, after repeatedly bugging them just for a tracking number, i do not have one. after their bad email, i was promised a tracking number the next day. i am still asking for just the tracking number or a refund and have gotten neither.
