I bought Total Defense and 500GB hard drive bundle from TigerDirect.com. I found out that they renewed my subscription three months ago without my knowledge for a previous bundle that I had bought approximately 15 months ago. may get the rebate one time and your product is automatically renewed without your knowledge. No warning. No email from Total Defense. I could not activate this rebate. It was declined and now I have to pay shipping for return to TigerDirect. Thousand of people are scammed by both Total Defense and Tiger Direct by selling such bundles.
