My husband bought me a bag for Christmas. We immediately knew it was fake. When I tried to return the bag I did not tell them I knew it was fake just that I was unhappy with the style and wanted a refund. They have given us the runaround, asked for photos and offered us $25 refund on a $300.00 fake bag!
